Cal-Ore operates ten fully-equipped Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances to support our community with emergent medical care. All of our ambulances are equipped with state-of-the-art ALS equipment, including ZOLL cardiac monitors with 12-lead EKG defibrillators and pacing capability, Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines, and EZ Intraosseous infusers.
MASS CASUALTY UNIT
Cal-Ore Life Flight maintains a Mass Casualty Unit equipped with the supplies necessary to triage and treat up to 200 patients. These include backboards, a communications center, generators, water, and food, along with many other items pertinent to providing medical attention and support in the case of a catastrophic event. Upon request, this trailer can respond to any mass casualty incident in our local community and surrounding areas.
